got TF2 and im stuck ?

hello gents.

i got the Orange box the other day with TF2 on, and well i think it sucks, however i have only played it for like 30 mins and want to give it a chance, is there anyone with a server which is fun, or does anyone no and good tips ?
i want to get on a server where people use Vo-ip Comms or at least talk normally and have a good chat, bollocks to this 9 year old screaming " OMG OMG AHAHA HEADSHOT NOOB IM PRO HAXORR" because after a couple of servers it gave me a bad head lol

so anyone here run or no of a good server which would be ok for a noob like me to play on ?

these are all jolt public servers ( jolt do not rent servers, all they do is host publics for free )
