This guide will help you on why your server is crashing.
Your server could be crashing due to different reasons, the most common one it's Conan Exiles in-game bugs, or mods, the game still on alpha and still being developed, also adding mods to it could cause more instability.
In the meantime if your server it's not getting back after the crash, just follow these instructions:
- Be sure you are waiting time enough, some Conan servers can take 3 to 10 minutes to fully boot, depending on how big is your database already.
If your server it's not getting online after waiting the recommended time could be due to a corrupted database, try the following:
- Stop your server
- Press the Rollback Server button
- Choose a previous backup to rollback, being 1 to 100, 1 the most recent backup and *100 the oldest one
- Start your server, wait for it to go online and test it
Try to rollback different database numbers if the first one did not recover back online your server.
