This guide will help you how to change your Valheim dedicated game server password.

WARNING! The password needs to have at least 5 characters and only A to Z and 1 to 0 characters.

 

  1. Stop your server.
  2. Go to the Configuration Files button and edit the Start.bat file
  3. Change your server password and name if you desire then press Save
  4. Start your server

 

WARNING! - If you want to remove the server password, a mod like Valheim Plus or a Password Remover mod is required, after the mod is installed, you can enable the Disable password option under the Advanced Settings section inside the Start.bat file.
