Getting Started With Game Servers

ORDER A GAME SERVER

First step is to order a game server through our website. Go to the page of the game you want or look at our A-Z list here and order the server you need/want.

LOGIN TO THE GAMEPANEL

Once you have ordered a game server, you can either read the email you will be sent with the login username and password, or you can log in to our client area and click my services, click the game server you just ordered and it will load the game server information and an auto login button as well as your username and password. Once there, you can find your control panel and FTP username and password game control panel.  Please note that the FTP user and pass are the same as the control panel login.

Getting Started With Dedicated Servers

ORDER A DEDICATED SERVER

First step is to order a dedicated server through our dedicated server page. We have many different makes and models with varying setup times depending on location. Remember with the TCAdmin addon active you do not get remote desktop access.

LOGIN TO THE RDP

You need to wait for us to provision dedicated servers, it can take between 1-6 hours, depending on factors like the day, time of day and location. To get your login details once its been setup you can login to My Services and click the active dedicated server to retrieve the IP, username and password.
