Instead, when facing Moder, you’ll want to equip yourself with a bow—preferably the huntsman bow or draugr fang bow—and a quiver full of fire arrows. As a creature of the icy mountains, Moder has a weakness for fire. Launch a volley of flaming arrows at her wings and underbelly, and you’ll have her attention, that’s for sure! Keep peppering her with arrows until she takes to the air, then prepare to dodge her aerial attacks.

Once Moder lands again, continue your barrage of fire arrows. Dodge behind rocks and trees when she breathes frost at you. Have healing and stamina potions at the ready, as this will be a battle of endurance. Moder has a large health pool, so defeating her will take patience. But with fire arrows and evasive maneuvers, you’ll melt away at her health and eventually ground this frosty foe for good!

The Porcupine deals double damage on its third hit, so aim for combos to maximise your strikes. It deals both physical and spirit damage, cutting through Yagluth’s massive health pool.

The Porcupine has a durability of 150, so it will last you through the entire fight without breaking. Its one-handed grip means you can pair it with a shield for extra protection from Yagluth’s area-of-effect attacks. The Porcupine’s 3-hit combo is fast and furious, keeping Yagluth on his toes.
